Week 2 Game of the Week

Once again this week was an easy pick. Without a doubt it has got to be #2 Texas at #4 Ohio State. This game could be one of many to determine who could play in the National Championship game, whoever wins this game will still have the chance to play in a New Years Day bowl, but doubtful that they would get a shot at the title. But with Oklahoma, Miami and Auburn all losing in the opening week of Division I-A football anything is possible. Perhaps a dark horse like Iowa, Georgia or even the other USC (South Carolina) could sneak in there if they can pull off one or two upsets this year.

No Monday Night Football? No problem. Our first game of the week is a no brainer, #9 Miami visiting #14 Florida State. Rank has never mattered when these two meet though and while exciting Miami almost always comes out on top. This could be an early elimination from the National Championship hunt for one team and should be a great game to kick off the launch of the new ACC with.
